Orders and Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, domestic orders arrive within 2-5 business days. International orders may take longer. For specific delivery times, please refer to the tracking information provided.

To create an account, simply click the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button on our website. You’ll be prompted to enter your email, create a password, and provide basic contact information.

To update your shipping address, log in to your account, go to your order details, and click “Edit Address.” If your order has already been processed, contact customer support as soon as possible to make changes before it ships.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

For your security, we do not store your full credit card information. We use a secure payment system that encrypts your payment details to protect your privacy.

Sales tax may apply depending on your location and is calculated during checkout. Tax rates vary by region and are automatically included in your order total.

We strive to ship all fabrics in one package, but if you order multiple Fabrics, they may be shipped separately depending on the size of the products.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags still attached. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number, and we’ll resolve the issue by sending you the correct item.

If your order arrived damaged, please notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll assist you with a return or replacement.

Once your return is authorized, you will receive return instructions and the correct address. Please follow these steps to ensure the return is processed smoothly.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us 0121 359 2349 immediately. If your order has not been processed, we can update the address for you. Once shipped, we are unable to change the address.

Once an order is submitted, it is processed quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact customer support immediately, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you before the order ships.
