Fabric Orders and Samples
Satisfaction Guarantee: We encourage customers to ensure they are 100% satisfied with the fabrics they are ordering. To help with your decision, we advise ordering fabric samples before placing any orders.
Fabric Care: Some fabrics may shrink during washing, dry cleaning, or ironing. Care must be taken to follow the care instructions to avoid damage. Additionally, some fabrics may lose color over time, especially during washing, dry cleaning, or if exposed to direct sunlight.
Shade Variation: Please note that shades of fabric may vary between dye lots and fabric rolls. We recommend considering this when ordering larger quantities.
Delivery Times:
- Fabric samples typically arrive within 2 to 5 days.
- Fabrics not in stock may take up to 6 weeks for delivery in extreme situations.
- For in-stock fabrics, we aim to deliver within 2 working days via Royal Mail First Class Post or a recognized courier service.
Order Handling: Each order is carefully processed. All fabrics are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, the availability of some items and their shades cannot always be guaranteed.
Refunds: If your order cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued. However, no refund will be provided for postage and packaging.
Postage and Packaging:
- Postage and packaging charges for fabric samples apply to mainland UK only.
- Postage and packaging charges for fabric orders also apply to mainland UK.
- We only ship within mainland UK. International orders must be arranged separately and the shipping charge will be calculated before you place the order. Orders that do not meet these criteria will not be dispatched, and a full refund will be issued.
Delivery on Fridays: Orders placed after 2.30pm on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday for next-day delivery, unless special Saturday delivery has been arranged.
Fabric Flaws: Some fabrics may carry minor flaws, faults, or marks (including Bari marks). A 5% allowance for these imperfections should be expected.
Returns and Claims:
- No claims will be entertained once fabric has been cut or used in any way.
- No returns will be accepted without prior notice or arrangement.
- Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable.
